Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your data is obligatory – one never knows when something can go wrong. And having ordered our Managed Services offer, you can enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you being required to install or configure anything. Furthermore the backup copies are retained on a server with many RAID–configured hard drives. This means that your hosted content will always be safe and sound, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with a virtually infinite number of possibilities, you will often have to install additional software applications. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It is an essential part of our Managed Services deal, which allows you to call for any of our skilled system administrators to install and set up any software app and to take care of any issue you may have with the server.

Our Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It’s an optional feature with our KVM VPS Plans.
